Challenge: A startup in MedTech needed to bring a cutting-edge medical device to market. My Role: I was the Product Manager in charge of this launch. I led the entire product lifecycle process from Discovery stage to the launch stage. I led the go-to-market strategy, aligning cross-functional teams, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
Outcome: The product successfully launched generating $30M in annual revenue

Investor Presentations & Business Plan Development

Challenge: A startup in MedTech needed a comprehensive business plan and investor’s presentation in order to secure funding or strategic partnerships.
My Role: As the lead consultant, I conducted thorough quantitative and qualitative market research to develop a robust business plan. This included a deep dive into market trends, competitive landscape, and opportunities, along with a detailed P&L analysis. I also created a compelling investor presentation highlighting key market insights, financial projections, and actionable steps for the next stage of the product lifecycle.
Outcome: The business plan and investor presentation provided the startup with a clear market strategy and actionable steps, enabling them to confidently approach investors and move forward in securing funding.

Remote Patient Monitoring Watch
Medical Device Startup.
Challenge: A startup in MedTech needed to develop and approve an innovative remote patient monitoring watch for chronic patients. My Role: I served as an advisor to the Product Manager and R&D teams providing guidance and part time product management work such as UX, preparations for FDA submission and product alignment with R&D.
Outcome: My guidance provided a clear and easy to use product with enhanced user experience and documentation for regulatory approvals.

Solo - Insulin Pump
Global Medical Device Launch.
Challenge: A startup in MedTech needed a comprehensive product strategy and guidance to successfully bring the product to market and compete against established brands.
My Role: As the lead Product Manager, I was tasked with managing the entire product lifecycle from conception to launch, including PRD & UX Ownership, Market Research & Focus Groups, Stakeholder & Team Alignment Outcome: the product launch was a success, culminating in a $200M acquisition agreement with a major pioneer in the healthcare industry.

Branding & Positioning - Aesthetic Device
Global Aesthetic Company.
Challenge: A pioneer company in aesthetic devices needed to rebrand and reposition one of their products to increase market visibility and competitiveness in a crowded market.
My role: I conducted in-depth market research, including stakeholder interviews, to identify market trends and pain points. Collaborating with the internal team, I facilitated brainstorming sessions to develop a new branding and positioning strategy aimed at increasing awareness and improving sales.
Outcome: The result was a clear branding and positioning statement, along with actionable steps to enhance the product’s market presence and drive sales growth.

Challenge: A startup in MedTech needed to bring a cutting-edge medical device to market. My Role: I was the director of the entire product line for aesthetic body treatment. My role
was to oversee the Product's P&L management, optimizing profitability through proactive cost controls and revenue-enhancing strategies. Worked in tandem with sales and marketing teams to devise impactful pricing strategies, messaging, and sales materials.
